Privacy notice
How Arkonis handles your contact details.
This notice covers website enquiries, requested resources, meeting bookings, and relevant business-to-business outreach.
Last updated: 26 August 2026
Who controls the information
Arkonis Innovation, an Artificial Intelligence Research Consultancy licensed in Abu Dhabi under licence CN-6372077, controls the information described in this notice. Questions can be sent to raghav@arkonis.ai.
What we collect
We may collect your name, work email, hotel or company, professional role, business location, phone number, the resource requested, marketing preference, and basic campaign information contained in the page link.
For business outreach, we may also record a public business profile, the source of the information, a relevant business event or service-fit note, contact history, and any objection or opt-out.
Where business contact information comes from
Most information comes directly from you through the website, email, a meeting, or another business interaction. For relevant business-to-business outreach, we may obtain limited professional information from company websites, public professional profiles, business directories, event information, referrals, or business-data providers.
We use work contact details for professional outreach. We do not knowingly use private email addresses for unsolicited business marketing.
Optional website analytics
Google Analytics is off until you accept analytics through the website privacy controls. If you accept, Google Analytics may collect page views, approximate location, device and browser information, traffic source, and selected website actions such as booking-link clicks, completed guide requests, scorecard completion, and confirmed calendar bookings. Arkonis does not send form names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, or free-text messages to Google Analytics.
The analytics choice is stored in your browser using local storage under arkonis_analytics_consent_v1. Google Analytics may set first-party _ga cookies after consent. You can change your choice at any time using the Privacy choices button. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the website, downloading a requested guide, or booking a meeting.
Why we use it
- To provide the whitepaper or resource you requested.
- To respond to questions or meeting requests.
- When you give permission, to contact you about relevant hotel data and decision-system services.
- To identify and contact corporate hotels and hotel groups where our services may be relevant to a person's professional responsibilities.
- To keep an opt-out or suppression record when you ask not to be contacted.
- To protect the form from spam and abuse.
- When you accept analytics, to measure website use and understand which content and campaigns lead to enquiries.
Legal basis
We use your information to fulfil your request for a resource or response. We rely on consent for optional Google Analytics and for optional marketing where consent is given.
For relevant outreach to corporate hotels and hotel groups, we may rely on our legitimate interest in developing business with organisations that could reasonably need our services. Before contact, we assess the organisation, the person's professional role, the source of the information, and the likely relevance of the message. Your right to object to direct marketing is absolute.
We do not rely on this approach where the electronic-marketing rules require consent. This includes many sole traders and individual subscribers. We also respect previous objections and suppression records.
Sharing and international processing
We do not sell your contact details. We may use service providers that operate the website, contact-data research, email, calendar, analytics, and business records. These providers receive only the information needed for their service.
Google may process consented analytics information outside the United Kingdom. Because Arkonis is based in the United Arab Emirates, other information may also be processed outside the United Kingdom. We use appropriate contractual and organisational safeguards where required.
How long we keep it
We normally remove an unresponsive sourced business contact within 12 months of collection. Resource-download and prospective-client records are normally kept for no longer than 24 months after the last meaningful interaction.
We may retain the minimum information needed for an opt-out or suppression record for as long as needed to prevent further contact. We may retain other information for longer when an active business relationship or legal obligation requires it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask what information we hold, where we obtained it, and how we use it. You can request correction or deletion where applicable, withdraw consent, or object to direct marketing at any time. Email raghav@arkonis.ai.
Every marketing email provides a simple opt-out. When you object, we stop marketing and add the minimum information to our suppression record.
Telephone contact
Providing a phone number with marketing permission allows Arkonis to contact you about the selected resource and relevant services. Before unsolicited UK business marketing calls, applicable TPS and CTPS screening and previous objections must be respected.
This notice should be reviewed whenever the lead-capture destination or outreach process changes.
